What To Expect
Hi, I’m Jawad Fayiz, photographer and founder of Featured Homes. I want the photos of your home to shine! This requires teamwork and cooperation that will result in an outstanding online presence when your home goes LIVE on the market.
The house should be shoot-ready when I arrive.
Although I would love to help you style and design your home, that is not my specialty. When I arrive to take photos of your property, I ask that all staging and cleaning be done prior to my arrival. To efficiently maintain my tight schedule and deliver the highest quality of service my clients expect, I can not spend time at the home waiting for it to be cleaned, dusted, de-cluttered, etc.
Please review our Terms of Service, as well as the previous sections for tips on preparing your home for real estate photography.
Thank you for taking the time to read these tips on how to show your home in the best light. And together with your help I look forward to making your listing shine!
